My Special Aflac Duck® is specifically designed to help medical professionals and other members of the patient support team in providing care to children with cancer. Ducks are available at no cost to hospitals and families for children ages three and up.


Short on space? We can deliver ducks as you need them. After you request ducks, you can sign up for a subscription to receive monthly email reminders and simplify your request process.

We teamed up with more than 36 Child Life Specialists to design the CLS Care Kit - leveraging best practices created by Child Life Programs across the country for how to use My Special Aflac Duck with patients.

Child Life Grants

The Aflac Childhood Cancer Foundation will award 10 grants of $1,000 each this September to Child Life programs across the country that support children with cancer and blood disorders such as sickle cell and/or their siblings.
